Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Weekend and holiday orders begin processing the next business day.

A confirmation email is sent after checkout, followed by a shipping notification once your order is on the way.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays, weather issues, and customs processing may affect delivery times. Tarro Athletics cannot guarantee delivery dates once the package is in the carrier’s possession, but we’ll always help troubleshoot if needed.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided and the order ships, we cannot guarantee recovery or replacement.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Confirm the shipping address

  • Contact the carrier
