Refund policy
Tarro Athletics offers a 14‑day return period beginning the day your order is delivered. To qualify, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused, free of stains or damage, with all tags attached and packaged as received. To request a return, contact us at contact@tarroathletics.com; if approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items sent back without submitting a return request will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For exchanges, the fastest method is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted. For customers in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14‑day cooling‑off period during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item remains in its original condition with tags and packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days, noting that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
